Reinsurance & Dealer Growth
Keep More of Your F&I Profits. Build Wealth. Fund Future Growth.
Your reinsurance program should do more than generate distributions. Meadow Mill Management helps dealers evaluate outdated agreements, uncover potential financial inefficiencies, and explore capital opportunities to support dealership expansion.
Performance Audits
Why Your Existing Reinsurance Agreement May Need an Audit
Programs established 10–15 years ago may no longer reflect today's vehicle repair costs, F&I product economics, administrative arrangements, or dealer participation options. Fee structures and contract terms that were competitive then may simply be familiar now.
A profitable program can still benefit from an independent performance review. The goal is not to assume something is wrong — it is to measure what you have against what is available, so you can make decisions from a position of knowledge.

Your Next Dealership Could Start With the Business You're Building Today.
Certain reinsurance structures may permit loans supported by eligible accumulated assets, and specialized financing programs may offer advances based on qualifying future F&I production. Dealers have used these arrangements to help acquire an additional franchise, expand dealer groups, or support acquisition-related working capital.
Reinsurance-company loans and advances based on future F&I production are different arrangements, each with its own eligibility and repayment terms. Qualified administrators and financing partners may assist with evaluating the portfolio, funding eligibility, reserve requirements, and available loan structures.
Financing is not available to every dealer, and Meadow Mill Management does not directly provide loans. Eligibility depends on program structure, contract terms, claims performance, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.

Common Questions
Reinsurance, answered plainly.
What is dealer reinsurance?+
Dealer reinsurance is a structure that allows a dealership to participate in the underwriting profits and investment income generated by the F&I products it sells, such as vehicle service contracts. Instead of all underwriting profit staying with an administrator or insurer, a properly structured program allows the dealer to share in that performance through a reinsurance company.
Why should I review a program established 10–15 years ago?+
Vehicle repair costs, F&I product economics, administrative arrangements, and dealer participation options have all changed significantly over the past decade. A program written years ago may carry fee structures, terms, or reporting arrangements that are no longer competitive — even if the program is profitable. An independent review measures your program against what is available today.
Can my dealership save money without changing administrators?+
Often, yes. A review may identify opportunities to renegotiate administrative fees, adjust participation terms, or improve reporting within your existing relationship. When a change does make sense, you will understand exactly why before making any decision.
Can reinsurance assets help finance another dealership?+
In some cases, yes. Certain reinsurance structures may permit loans supported by eligible accumulated assets, and specialized financing programs may offer advances based on qualifying future F&I production. Availability depends on your program structure, contract terms, claims performance, and lender requirements — it is not available to every dealer.
What is the difference between a reinsurance loan and a future F&I production advance?+
A reinsurance-company loan is typically supported by eligible assets already accumulated in your reinsurance account. An advance based on future F&I production is a separate financing arrangement supported by anticipated future earnings. Each has its own eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and considerations, and they are evaluated differently.
Is the reinsurance review confidential?+
Yes. Your information goes directly to Ryan Dukatz at Meadow Mill Management and is used only to respond to your request. Discussions about your program, agreements, and financial position are handled confidentially.
